Vineet Bajpai is the founder of Magnon Group.
Founded in 2000, Magnon Group encompassed Magnon Solutions, a market-leading domestic (Indian) digital agency;and Magnon International, a global digital outsourcing Company. In 2012, Magnon was acquired by Omnicom, becoming MAGNON\TBWA and Magnon eg+.
Today, Magnon eg+ is one of India’s leading print production agencies, helping brands get their communication out to the market in a timely and cost effective manner. Vineet, who has been at the helm of the agency for 14 years, has continued to lead the company in its new avatar.
As a celebrated young entrepreneur and CEO, Vineet has won several awards including Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2011 and the CNBC TV Mercedes Benz Young Turks Award 2012.
Vineet is also a best-selling management and inspirational author. His books Build from Scratch and The Street to the Highway have won wide acclaim amongst readers and critics alike.
Before founding the Magnon Group, Vineet worked with GE. He has an honours degree in Economics from Delhi University, and a MBA specialising in Marketing.
As Managing Director of Magnon eg+, Vivek is responsible for direction & development of the agency and value offered to its clients.
He started his career at Magnon in the year 2000 and has been with the agency since its inception 14 years ago. He has evolved organically as a professional with rich experience in design, production and digital marketing. At Magnon he has handled multiple responsibilities including new client acquisition, account management, strategic consulting and technology implementations.
The clients he has helped win and serviced during his years at Magnon are Hyundai, Daikin, EMAAR MGF, HBO, ABN AMRO, Hewlett Packard, NEC, Schneider and the United Nations. He has been widely appreciated in the media, including being featured on the front page of the Financial Express while launching a large scale digital initiative for the Govt. of India.
At Magnon eg+ he has worked with clients in India and intermediary agencies around the world, essentially handling account relationships which involve production and deliveries.
He is an MBA specialising in IT and Marketing, and regularly lectures at several B-Schools in India.
As Vice President, Denny comes on board with the mandate to develop the creative adaptation and print production business for magnon eg+ in the India market which holds immense potential. Denny has over 16 years of experience working in both ATL and BTL forms of advertising with some of the leading advertising agencies like Bates 141, Hakuhodo Percept and 141 Sercon.
His experience in ATL comprises working for brands in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics and Automobiles. Some of the brands he has worked with include Coca Cola, Nokia, Dabur, Sharp, Suzuki Motorcycle India, Unicharm and Hindware.
Denny also headed large scale activation projects in the past, like The Grand Kerala Shopping Festival, VLCC CRM project and the Forum Nokia developer initiative.
Prior to joining Magnon eg+, Denny worked at Tag Worldwide which is one of the largest print production agencies world over. He has extensive experience in managing large volume, full-fledged print production campaigns for some of the largest brands in India who are active marketers like HP, Apple, Pernod Ricard and Sony Mobiles.
Ashutosh has had a fruitful and exhilarating journey spanning 17 years of in the world of advertising and films. He had the opportunity to work in some of the best of advertising agencies in India like J Walter Thomson, Draft FCB Ulka, Contract advertising, Percept, Law & Kenneth, and worked on some of the finest in international and national brands such as Hero Honda, LML Bikes and scooters, Mini Cooper (cars), Sony, Reckitt Benckiser, Apollo tyres, ESPN Star Sports, Dabur, DLF, Unitech, Tropicana, Panasonic, Microsoft, Lays chips to name a few. During the journey, he has made some memorable and powerful print campaigns and films. But all this while a niggling urge to make films came up in between. So he also started his own film production company in Mumbai and successfully directed some TVC’s and corporate films for a while.
Naved started his career with Magnon eg+ over 10 years ago, and has handled multiple profiles within the agency. He currently heads Digital Production for Magnon eg+ for the India market. Naved’s strength around New Client Acquisition, Account Growth and a deep understanding of building relationships has made him a key pillar in the Magnon family.
He has experience of working in both the local as well as the international markets and has worked with some key clients like HWM Aston Martin, Suzuki Motorcycles, Amity University Online, amongst several other engagements. He has also been instrumental in front ending some key channel partner relationships for the agency in the overseas market.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Sunil started his career as a Software Engineer and over the years worked on varied technologies beginning with Foxbase, Clipper and over the time worked on VB6 and Java technologies.
Sunil has extensive hands on Project Management experience and over the years has delivered a variety of Websites and Desktop Applications. Besides Project Management he has an extensive experience in handling Operation teams and have been instrumental in growth of the technology teams.
Sunil joined Magnon group in 2010 as an Accounts Manager and gradually stepped up to his current profile of an Executive Director, where his current mandate is leading the Core Business team at Magnon eg+.
Hemant is a Digital Marketing professional with more than 14 years of experience in managing 360 degree marketing campaigns for renowned domestic and International brands across leading agencies. Some of the key accounts managed by him include HP, Maruti Suzuki, Etihad, Mercedes-Benz, Intel, Cisco, Aster Data, Mahindra Comviva, Tekelec and many more.
He has exposure and experience in managing campaigns for both B2B and B2C verticals. Hemant’s strength around Digital marketing and understanding client requirement has made him a key pillar in the Magnon family.
His current mandate includes leading the International business and aligning Magnon eg+ with key network offices as their offshore digital partner. He also leads a large team of digital professionals including creative and technology professionals.
